"IF IT DOESN'T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON'T CHANGE YOU."
The purpose of FreeStyle Fitness 29 is to educate the public on the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight through the adoption of increased physical activity and healthy eating.

Antonio Knight got his start in the fitness arena through his love for sports, particularly football.
Knight was a versatile athlete who played three positions at Tuskegee University — strong safety, punter, and back up Quarterback.
Knight coached at Tuskegee University (TU) Tigers for 5 seasons, and Jackson State University (JSU) Tigers football program for 10 seasons, . During that time, he served as the secondary, special teams and linebackers coach, as well as the recruitment coordinator for JSU. During Knight’s last three seasons at JSU, members of the linebacker corps were among the team's leading tacklers.
With more than 15 years of collegiate coaching experience, and eight years of nutrition and fitness training under his belt, Knight rears winners.
